01When and where does Warsaw Zouk Festival take place?
Warsaw Zouk Festival 2027 will take place from February 11th to 15th, 2027, in Warsaw, Poland. Detailed venue and hotel information will be announced before the event.
02What dances can I experience at WZF?
WZF brings together Brazilian Zouk and Lambada. You can also discover other inspirations such as Samba, Forró and additional styles presented in the Fusion Room and special classes.
03Is WZF suitable for beginners?
Yes. WZF welcomes dancers of all levels.
04Do I need a partner to attend?
No. You are welcome to attend on your own. Most classes include partner rotation.
05What language are the workshops taught in?
All workshops are taught in English.
06How many days does the festival last?
Warsaw Zouk Festival lasts five days.
07What is included in the festival program?
The program includes workshops, social dancing, day parties, night parties, Jack & Jill competitions, shows, the Fusion Room and additional attractions.
08What types of passes are available?
Different pass options are available. Please check the registration page for the current offer.
09Can I upgrade my pass later?
Yes, provided availability allows it.
10Can I transfer my pass to another person?
Yes. Pass ownership can be changed once and no later than February 5th, 2027.
11What is the refund policy?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns are accepted until February 5th, 2027.
12Can I buy a pass at the door?

13Are there any discounts available?
Yes. Promotions and special offers may be available during selected periods.
14How do I know if my registration is confirmed?
After your purchase, you will receive an e-ticket with a QR code by email.
15How do I choose the right workshop level?
Open Level classes are designed for dancers from a wide range of experience levels.
Intermediate is intended for dancers who are familiar with the fundamentals of Zouk or Lambada and are comfortable with musical timing.
Advanced classes are designed for experienced dancers and may include advanced head movements, counterbalance and spins.
16Can I attend workshops from different tracks?
Yes, depending on your pass type. If you have a Lambada Pass, you can attend Lambada workshops only. To experience all tracks, we recommend the Full Pass.
17Is partner rotation mandatory?
Yes, provided passes are still available.
18What makes WZF workshops different?
WZF is about much more than technique. We create a safe space to explore yourself through movement, music and connection with others.
19What does “Marathon Experience” mean?
Marathon Experience means that you can enjoy WZF even if your main focus is social dancing. With both day parties and night parties available, you can dance for many hours every day with very little interruption.
20Can I attend WZF mainly for social dancing?
Absolutely. Many participants come mainly for the atmosphere and the social dancing.
21Are the socials included in my pass?
Please check the details of your pass. Day parties and night parties are included in Full Pass, Lambada Full Pass and Party Full Pass.
22Will there be separate floors for different styles?
Yes. WZF offers several dance spaces, including a dedicated Lambada floor, the Mix Room and the Chill Room.
23I dance Zouk. Can I join Lambada classes?
Absolutely. WZF encourages participants to explore both styles.
24Do I need previous Lambada experience?
No. We recommend checking the level descriptions to find the classes that best suit your current experience.
25Why is Lambada an important part of WZF?
Lambada is the dance from which Brazilian Zouk originated, and today it is experiencing a new revival. It is not only where the story began, but also a source of incredible energy and an important part of Brazilian dance heritage.
26What is the Fusion Room?
The Fusion Room is a space where Zouk meets different dance styles. It is designed for exploration, inspiration and discovering new elements that you can later bring into your own dance.
27Is the Fusion Room included in my pass?
The Fusion Room is included in the Full Pass. Availability for Lambada Pass holders will be confirmed closer to the event. It is not included in the Party Pass.
28Can I come alone?
Yes. Many participants travel solo and meet new friends during WZF.
29What does "Be United in Diversity" mean?
You do not need to change to belong. We create a space where different people, styles and experiences can meet in an atmosphere of safety, curiosity and mutual respect.
30Is WZF focused more on Zouk or Lambada?
WZF celebrates both styles and the connection between them. The program includes both Zouk and Lambada, although Brazilian Zouk occupies more hours in the workshop schedule.
